How to set your password

Before you can login you must go through the procedure to set a password.

Your password should be 8 or more characters long and contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, one number, and one none alphanumeric character, e.g. Spac3sh!p.

Please note the password you used on the old website will not work.

The procedure to set a password is relatively quick and simple and should take a few minutes at most. Please click on this video link to watch the How to set your password demonstration video.

The essential steps are:

  • Submit the Reset Your Password Form using the email address CHCP registered you with.
  • Find the email in your junk/spam folder if not visible in your inbox.
  • If the email is in your junk/spam folder then right click on this email and move it to your inbox.
  • Then click on the link in the email, which will bring you back to the CHCP Set Password Form were you enter and confirm the password you wish to use. If clicking on the link in the email does not work then copy and paste the link in to your browser address bar and refresh your browser.
